Kings Road Artists is a Cardiff based fine arts co-operative. It provides professional artists with studio accommodation at economic rates and organises exhibitions of members' work. It also holds events to promote greater public awareness of contemporary fine art practice. At present there are 18 resident members.

The Garej art space, which is located under the studios is a former garage, is an intimate and much needed alternative venue for experimental and challenging art work. It also acts as a forum for people interested in the visual arts and is available for arts orientated community use. Arts Council for Wales, Welsh Assembly and Lottery funding  supports the project, which will be open for a six month period initially, from July to December 2007.

A total of eight exhibitions are planned and each will run for a two week period.
